The National Lottery Project
The Community Lottery Fund was supported by government during the peak of the pandemic and applications were invited to seek funding to support COVID difficulties and solutions.
Mires Beck were successful in their bid to financially support our social distancing project needed to enable us to accommodate our usual service user numbers and for volunteers to be able to work safely onsite. We have carefully provided facilities for the current restricted numbers of people on site and the planning for the coming months. We have been able to rent some equipment and purchase further facilities to spread teams further from the public facing areas into our woodland. We have also used the fund to create the digital channel needed to keep communication open to those in isolation.
