Gardeners and Landscapers
We offer wholesale pricing for gardeners, garden designers, and landscape contractors. During the growing season, our nursery is open seven days a week, with a vast range of stock and seasonal plants available. Our experienced sales team is always on hand to assist with enquiries and plant selection.

Our Plant Categories
We specialise in cultivating hardy perennials, herbs, shrubs, wildflowers, trees, and Phragmites, all grown in peat-free compost. Our plants are raised outdoors, ensuring they are robust and garden-ready upon collection.
Herbaceous Perennials
We grow over 300 varieties of herbaceous perennials, offering long-lasting seasonal beauty, attracting pollinators, and providing garden versatility. Our collection includes classic cottage garden favourites, ornamental grasses, and ferns.
Herbs
Our herb team produces approximately 50 varieties of herbs for culinary and decorative use. Propagated through seeds, cuttings, or division, these herbs range from kitchen staples to ornamental favourites. A herb recipe book by the Friends of Mires Beck is also available for purchase.
Shrubs
Our selection of shrubs provides year-round garden interest and structure. They can serve as focal points, backdrops, or elements in mixed borders, featuring a variety of foliage, flowers, and fruits.
Wildflowers
With over 30 years of experience, we grow native, Yorkshire-provenance wildflowers for diverse habitats. Our unique seed library supports conservation efforts across the UK. We supply plants as root-trainer plugs or 9cm pots and offer bespoke growing, expert guidance, and large-order fulfilment.
Phragmites (Common Reed)
We cultivate Phragmites australis for environmental and industrial uses, such as water purification and habitat restoration. Plants are available as root-trainer plugs or larger sizes, with custom orders fulfilled as needed.
Trees
We produce over 350,000 trees annually from British-sourced seeds using the Root Trainer system, ensuring superior establishment and growth. Trees are supplied in various pot sizes with nutrient-enriched compost, supporting large-scale planting projects nationwide.
